The client's current website didn't fit their needs anymore because they were limited by it's content management system and flash-based interface. For the next version they felt the need to include community aspects but had no clue how to go from there or if it was even a good idea to begin with.

We did 2 focus groups with some interesting results which were used as inspiration for building a conceptual prototype. The client was very satisfied with the results and used the results as inspiration for their current version.
