Description:
Website for a bar located on the old market of Louvain (Belgium). The bar is named after Mephisto, a vicious and devilish character. One of the eyecatchers inside the bar is a life-size batman figurine watching over the crowd. I was inspired by the similarities between Mephisto and the Joker, the good vs. evil contradiction and the visual style of the old comics books, mainly Gotham's ominous cityscape.
